Returns, Exchanges & Refunds We want you to be happy with your CALI4NIA gear. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. ● Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item. ● Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. ● Sale, clearance, and items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. ● To start a return or exchange, contact us at the email below with your order number.
